Refund Policy:

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item(s) to request a return.  To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as it was received in it's original packaging.  To start a return contact us at CrossCountryCrafts.net.  Upon acceptance of the return, mail return item(s) to:  Cross Country Crafts 46 Honor Greer Rd - Rayville, LA 71269.  Return shipping is to be paid by buyer.  Items  returned without prior acceptance will not be accepted.  Most refunds are refunded within 5-10 business days after product is received and return is processed.  If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.  Please remember it can take up to 5-10 days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.  Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate and resolve the issue ASAP.  Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products and sale of clearance items.  The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.  Note:  return shipping costs to be incurred by buyer.

Shipping Policy:

Orders will be shipped within 48 hours of receipt excluding holidays and weekends.  Packages are shipped via U.S.P.S. Ground Advantage.  Delivery is expected within 5-7 business days depending on distance (zip code) traveled.  Tracking will be available upon shipping confirmation.  Please contact U.S.P.S. for lost order and have tracking information available.  $100 insurance coverage is provided on all packages shipped.  Personalized, custom orders should ship within two weeks of order depending on item(s) and availability.
